"This office was no help at all. I had issues with their App and everything only goes through the State Farm App. After your initial setup, all you are is a payment. I cancelled my policy 12 days ago. I got a cancellation message in the mail 2 days later. However, still no sign of my refund check. This was the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had."

"Great customer service! I had an accident and my car couldn’t be fixed so it was a total loss and also my fault. I was so anxious and worried how I would be treated having had a very bad experience some years ago with another company. When I called the office for help, Kennedy stepped in and moved things along, made sure I was talking to the right people, and was so considerate. I don’t write reviews very often but great insurance agents should be acknowledged. I recommend them 100%!!!"

"I needed an updated car insurance card as I had an old one. I am refinancing my loan and the credit union wanted an updated one showing August 2026. Kennedy was super finding that and the Declarations page from when we bought the Carnival. Kennedy took no time at all n sent me as well as the loan servicer, Dan Pappas, the tao documents via email. Thank you Kennedy. She was Top Notch, 5 at the top of the scale."
